Dilemaa allows users to create anonymous posts and anonymous comments. Anonymous content hides your identity from other users in the app.
However, anonymous content is not end to end encrypted and is not anonymous to Dilemaa. Dilemaa may be able to associate anonymous posts or anonymous comments with the account that created them.
We may access, review, or disclose information connected to anonymous content when we believe it is necessary to operate and maintain the Platform, moderate content, investigate reports, enforce our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, prevent spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity, protect the safety of users, Dilemaa, or the public, respond to legal requests, court orders, law enforcement requests, or other legal obligations, or protect our rights, property, or business interests.

1.4 Additional Limits of Anonymity
Anonymous posting is designed to hide your public identity from other users in the app, but anonymity is not guaranteed.
Other users may infer your identity based on the details, timing, writing style, images, context, or information you include in your content. Technical issues, security incidents, legal requests, moderation reviews, or other circumstances may also affect anonymity.
Dilemaa may be able to associate anonymous content with the account that created it, as described in this Privacy Policy.
You should not post anything that you would not want associated with you or that could identify you or another person.
1.5 Public Content Warning
Content you post on Dilemaa may be visible to other users. This includes posts, anonymous posts, comments, anonymous comments, usernames, profile images, hashtags, reactions, and other content or activity depending on the feature used.

We may receive limited transaction information needed to provide, manage, verify, or restore paid features, such as purchase status, subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, expiration status, cancellation status, refund status, and related account or receipt information.
We may use this information to provide paid features, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and manage subscriptions or purchases.
1.12 Information You Send to Us
If you contact us for support, report a problem, submit feedback, respond to surveys, participate in promotions, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message content, screenshots, support details, and related correspondence.

If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store privacy disclosures.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create, operate, and maintain user accounts, provide and improve the Platform, allow users to post and interact with content, support anonymous posting and anonymous commenting, send notifications and service related messages, analyze usage and engagement, detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, and security incidents, moderate content, enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, review reports and appeals, improve ranking, recommendation, moderation, safety, and quality systems, provide customer support, process subscriptions or paid features if offered, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, safety, property, and business interests of Dilemaa, our users, and the public.
We may also use information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
4. Content Moderation, Safety Review, and Automated Systems
Dilemaa may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, third party tools, and internal tools to review, classify, rank, recommend, restrict, remove, or moderate content.
This may include systems designed to detect or reduce spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, self harm related content, sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, violence, illegal activity, low quality content, irrelevant content, or content that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
We may use tools such as Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety or similar services to help review user generated content before or after it appears on the Platform.
Dilemaa may also use internal systems, including classifiers or reputation based systems, to help determine whether content fits the purpose of the Platform, whether it should be recommended, whether it should be limited, or whether it should be reviewed.
Automated systems may not always be accurate. We may allow users to report content, request review, or contact us about moderation concerns.
5. How We Share Information
5.1 With Other Users and the Public
Depending on your activity and settings, other users may be able to see your username, profile image, profile information, posts, anonymous posts without your public identity shown, comments, anonymous comments without your public identity shown, likes, reactions, hashtags, and other content you choose to share publicly.
Anonymous content hides your identity from other users, but Dilemaa may still be able to associate anonymous content with your account as described above.
5.2 With Service Providers
We may share information with vendors, contractors, and service providers who help us operate the Platform. These may include providers for cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, security, content moderation, customer support, email delivery, push notifications, payments, subscriptions, app store services, database services, and performance monitoring.

If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notices, choices, or opt out rights.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect users and the public.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, user settings, legal requirements, and business needs.
When you delete content, we will remove it from active public display where required or appropriate. However, deleted content or account information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, audit records, security systems, or legal records.
We may retain certain information after deletion when necessary for legal compliance, safety and security, fraud and abuse prevention, investigation of violations, dispute resolution, backup and disaster recovery, enforcing our Terms of Service, or protecting Dilemaa, users, or the public.
