• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Dilemaa's Content: All materials on the Platform, excluding User Content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Dilemaa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilemaa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Michigan in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
